Bloom the Yeast
Mix and prepare dough
Knead the dough for 10 minutes and keep it aside for proving
Once proved, knead it again and shape it into 8 balls
Set aside for 10 minutes, then flatten and pierce a hole in center of each dough ball
Poach each of the bagels in boiling water with baking soda - one minute on each side
Brush each bagel with milk and apply the toppings of your choice
Pre-heat the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the bagels for 20 minutes
The yummy bagels are ready! Slice and toast the bagel, apply cream cheese and enjoy with a cup of coffee!
