Known by many names, this Chutney is a staple Indian condiment that goes well with many snacks and meals. This chutney or sauce has all the healthy, green elements and can also make for a fantastic Salad Dressing, Pasta Sauce or a Dip.
Wash and roughly chop veggies and herbs listed above.
Grind into a chutney, until smooth. You may add a few teaspoons of water if you want liquid chutney.
Use the chutney as a dip, condiment, sauce, dressing or to apply on a bread slice to make a sandwich. Store it in an airtight bottle in the refrigerator. The lemon juice helps it stay fresh and green for a few days.
