A semi-tandoori version, as I don’t own a tandoor, but
nevertheless, a naan made from scratch.

I love making naan as much I love eating it :). There are different ways of making naan. In the absence of a tandoor, it can be
made either on a stove-top or in an oven. I like to make it on stove-top,
using a thick bottomed stock pot or a pressure cooker and inverting the vessel on
the stove top, as and when needed. It allows
the naan to be cooked using direct as well as indirect heat. This comes closest to the tandoori naan
version.
