Avocado toast, one of the favorite breakfasts of the millennials, is a beautiful, delicious, nutritious breakfast item, ready in under 5 minutes. You can make an avocado toast in an artistic way or an easy way. Both feeds the tummy, the artistic way feeds the mind body and soul :)
1teaspoonOlive oil/ butter / ricotta cheese (optional)Use olive oil for vegan version
Instructions
Toast the bread slices to your preference.
Wash the avocado well and clean it. Slice the avocado. You can also make an avocado rose, the recipe of which is mentioned on the post. Or you can just gently mash the avocado and use it. I prefer either rose or slices.
Spread the olive oil /butter / iricotta cheese on all of the bread slices. Top it with avocado slices / avocado rose / mashed avocado. Sprinkle it with dried red chili flakes and salt (optional). Drizzle it with a few drops of olive oil and lemon juice. Enjoy!

I like it best with a thin layer of ricotta cheese spread on it as the slight salty taste and smoothness of ricotta cheese go very well with the buttery taste of avocado.
For fruits and veggies washing it well and cleaning is of utmost important, even if you don't eat the outside skin of the fruit/vegetable. That is true for avocado as well.
