2cupsAlmond milkcan use regular milk for a non-vegan version
1tablespoonHoneycan use regular sugar instead
Combine oats and milk and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Can also leave it overnight.
Chop half the cherries, de-seed it. Leave the remaining aside for topping the smoothie bowl.
Puree the soaked oats, milk and 1/2 of the deseeded cherries using a blender.
Chop the remaining deseeded cherries.
Combine all of the above, add honey/maple syrup/sugar. Mix.
Chop or grate the dark chocolate.
Transfer the smoothie into 2 bowls or mason jars, top it with dark chocolate and the remaining cherries.Enjoy!
