Avocado Smoothie is a savory breakfast bowl, dressed in fresh edible flowers and ready for Spring season. A vegan, gluten-free, nut-free breakfast that nourishes one's mind, body, and soul.
Blend ½ of the avocado, spinach leaves, apple in a blender. Add salt, lemon juice (optional). Mix well.

Remove the smoothie in a smoothie bowl. Garnish it with avocado rose (optional), edible flowers, microgreens, and roasted sunflower seeds.
