2oz.Amul cheese, grated If you don't have Amul cheese, you can use grated mozzarella cheese
Boil and peel the potato. Peel cucumber.
Cut potato, cucumber, tomato, onion (optional) into thin roundels. Take the bread slices. Cut the sides (optional).
Spread butter on a slice. On top of that, spread the Green Coriander-Mint Chutney. Arrange the veggies on top of it. Sprinkle sandwich masala. Grate some cheese on top. Spread the ketchup on the other slice, and top it on the slice which has veggies - ketchup side down. Grate some more cheese on top! Repeat to make the other sandwich.
