Instructions
Trim the fennel bulb, and thinly slice it. We will only be using the whites for the salad. Can use the greens to garnish the salad plate.
Peel the oranges, cut into rounds.
Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Whisk it well.
Put the fennel, oranges, salad greens in a bowl. Toss it. Serve it with dressing on the side.
