Ingredients
Salad
- 1 qty Fennel bulb
- 3 qty Oranges
- 2 cups Salad greens
Instructions
- Trim the fennel bulb, and thinly slice it. We will only be using the whites for the salad. Can use the greens to garnish the salad plate.
- Peel the oranges, cut into rounds.
- Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Whisk it well.
- Put the fennel, oranges, salad greens in a bowl. Toss it. Serve it with dressing on the side.
