Arugula Pear Pomegranate Salad
Ingredients
Salad
- 2 cups Arugula can mix other greens like spinach etc.
- 1 qty Pear
- ½ cup Pomegranate seeded
- ¼ cup Walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower seeds or any other seeds, for topping
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
Salad
- Make a bed of arugula and any other greens on a plate.
- Slice a Pear and arrange it in floral shape if desired. Place it on top of arugula.Watch the video of how to make a rose/flower in the comments section.
- De-seed the pomegranate and sprinkle seeds on the salad.
- Top it with walnuts, sunflower seeds and any cheese (optional) that you like.
- Serve it with a dressing on the side.
Dressing
- Mix all the ingredients listed under 'Dressing'. Serve it with the salad.
